Morris Chestnut is the truth. He's talented enough, he's handsome enough and doggone it, people like him. This fall he's costarring in the number one movie in America -- "The Perfect Guy" -- and he's helming the Fox drama "Rosewood." The procedural series feels like "Bones" and "Castle" and has potential. 

Chestnut plays Dr. Beaumont Rosewood Jr., a brilliant pathologist with a short time to live and long list of ways to smartly solve crimes and flirt with his beautiful partner Det. Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz). 

Will you watch? "Rosewood" is paired with season two of "Empire" so that will make you tune in, right? Come on. Show MC some love. He's been in the biz nearly 25 years. "Rosewood" debuts Wednesday Sept. 23 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
